PLANO, Texas – February 8, 2024 – Cigna Healthcare has named longtime company leader Mike Cole as general manager for its group employer business in North Texas and Oklahoma.

In this role, Mike will be responsible for driving market growth for client employers with under 3,000 employees by creating customer value and ensuring that the local market strategy, product and network offerings meet evolving customer and client needs. He will also work with the markets’ network leaders, medical executives and others to advance outreach in the communities Cigna Healthcare serves.

Mike has been with Cigna Healthcare for over two decades, most recently serving as VP of Sales for the North Texas and Oklahoma market. He has also served as a New Business Sales Executive and Client Manager and has worked in Underwriting in the Arizona market.

Mike resides in Southlake, Texas and will be based at Cigna Healthcare’s Plano office.
