Chicago, IL – February 15, 2024 – Cigna Healthcare has named longtime company leader Lisa Buckley as general manager for its group employer business in the Midwest.
In this role, Lisa will be responsible for driving market growth for client employers with under 3,000 employees by creating customer value and ensuring that the local market strategy, product and network offerings meet evolving customer and client needs. She will also work with the markets’ network leaders, medical executives and others to advance outreach in the communities Cigna Healthcare serves.

Lisa brings more than 30 years of experience building strategic client relationships and managing high-performing sales teams with Cigna Healthcare. She most recently served as the Existing Business Sales Manager for the Midwest Middle Market segment. Prior to this, Lisa held roles in National Accounts, as a National Account Executive, and as a Senior Client Manager for the Middle Market.
Lisa resides in Chicago and will be based at Cigna Healthcare’s Chicago office.
