An update on our negotiation with Providence Washington

Cigna Healthcare is pleased to share that we have made significant progress in our negotiations with Providence Washington and signed an extension through September 30, 2026, while we work toward a longer-term agreement. There will be no interruption in in-network access for our customers and their families at this time. We remain committed to simplifying health care, preserving access, and managing costs responsibly so people can focus on improving their health and vitality.

We understand the concern and potential disruption an out-of-network change could create for anyone using Providence facilities, affiliated providers and medical centers. Protecting access to quality care at an affordable rate for the people we serve in Washington is a top priority, and we will continue working to reach a fair agreement.
