Agreement reached with Baptist Health Jacksonville

We are pleased to share that we’ve reached an agreement with Baptist Health Jacksonville.  As a result, its hospitals, physicians and facilities are now back in the Cigna Healthcare network. We remain committed to simplifying health care, preserving access, and managing costs responsibly so people can focus on improving their health and vitality.

Claims for services received on or after June 24 will be re-processed at the in-network benefit level.

The process of reinstating facilities and physicians may take several weeks. During this time, updates to provider directories, prior authorizations, and other approvals may be delayed.  If you have additional questions, please call the number on your Cigna ID card or 1 (800) 244-6224.
