Cigna’s Worksite Vocational Services Program Wins Case in Point Platinum Award for Rehabilitation Case Management

PHILADELPHIA – May 21, 2011 – Cigna’s Worksite Vocational Services program earned highest honors in the Rehabilitation Case Management category at the Third Annual Case in Point Platinum Awards, created by publisher Dorland Health. The awards recognize the most successful and innovative case management programs that help improve health care across the care continuum.
Cigna's Worksite Vocational Services program helps employers improve their return-to-work programs, educates managers and employees on relevant topics such as using proper ergonomics and managing their own health conditions at work, and provides return-to-work and stay-at-work services to at-risk employees when they need it most.

The award entries were judged by a panel of experts from the clinical and business sectors of health care. Also serving as judges were the staff of Case in Point magazine and Case in Point Weekly. Entries were evaluated based on the proven track record and success of their programs.
