Cigna is a 2015 recipient of the Department of Defense “Freedom Award”. The award is the highest recognition given by the U.S. government to employers for their support of their employees who serve in the Guard and Reserve. The award is only awarded to 15 companies, from a field of 2,960 submissions, across the country.
